Are duties and taxes included in the cost of the item?
Duties and taxes are not included in the cost of the item, all duties and taxes levied by the individual countries of the buyer must be paid by the buyer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
I received my package but not in good order, what can I do?
Once in a while, an item might be damaged during delivery, or a wrong item might have been packed for delivery. In such a case, you must notify us within 7 days from receiving the product. We will investigate the order, and if applicable, replace the item for you. If we do not hear from you within 7 days from the successful delivery, we will assume that the package is received in good order.
RETURN POLICY
Can I return items bought from SkateShopAsia.com?
Products sold are not returnable. Exceptions apply if products are damaged during/before delivery, or if an incorrect product is delivered. In such cases, customers must notify SkateShopAsia within 7 days of receiving the product.
What can I do if my purchase is not received in good order?
