Wrist Guards – Determined by measuring the circumference of the flat hand at the knuckles.
Elbow Guards – Determined one’s weight and locate the corresponding size below.
Knee Guards – Determined one’s weight and locate the corresponding size below.
If you have measured all three portions and sizes are mixed, follow the sizing on the knee.
